private yoga sessions offer an intimate space to expand your practice in endless ways 
you may wish to schedule a private yoga session with sharon:
  • to heal a particular injury, through both hands on therapeutic adjustments and empowering yourself through learning the optimal alignment of your body in your yoga practice and in everyday activities. 
  • if you are new to yoga and want to learn foundational poses to become more comfortable and confident before joining a public class.
  • to advance your practice to the next level by deepening your understanding of anusara yoga's® universal principles of alignment™ and focusing your practice on specific goals (such as opening more constricted parts of the body or working on more challenging poses).
  • to practice at your own pace with concentrated attention and having the time and space to ask questions and address your individual needs.
  • to relieve symptoms of chronic illness and pain.
  • to develop a committed home practice, including a guide written distinctly for you.
semi-private sessions (2+ people) are a wonderful way to gather with your friends or family and enjoy a special time together.
